To ensure a serene and rejuvenating experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following spa etiquette guidelines. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. We request that you silence your mobile devices to maintain a peaceful environment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Our spa is a sanctuary of tranquility; we appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum. Thank you for helping us create a harmonious atmosphere for everyone.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability for your preferred services and times. You can book your appointment online or by calling our front desk.
What should I wear to the spa?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Robes and slippers will be provided for your convenience during your visit. If you are scheduled for a massage or body treatment, you may undress to your comfort level; our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to ensure your privacy.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We ask all first time guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your personalized consultation chart. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment time, late arrivals can not be guaranteed and extension of treatment time.
How do I pay for products and services?
You may charge spa services to Visa or Master Card. Cash is always accepted. Gratuities are graciously accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.

No-shows and cancellations without the 24 or 48 hour notice will be charged 100% for reserved services.
Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.
What are your age limitations?
Spa appointments for persons younger than 16 must have a parent/guardian present during the whole service. Persons under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver or parent/guardian present.

Our spa service prices do not include gratuities. Any gratuity given for your service provider is greatly appreciated!
